Roll Deep are confirmed to be playing at the Churchill Spring Ball in a fortnight’s time.

The Spring Ball has managed to get the group where Tinchy Stryder and Dizzee Rascal started out. There are still tickets left, but they’re selling out fast.

This comes as great news for Churchill after rumours that sales weren’t doing so well.

The committee organizing the event also had a lot to live up to after last year’s ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ theme, where DJ Fresh and Artful Dodger played.

This year students can look forward to a New York theme experiencing “the buzz of the city that never sleeps” all within Churchill’s very own concrete jungle.

And they’re already getting excited. Rob Sanders, a Pembroke fresher said that “I’m a huge fan of East London grime collectives, so I’ll definitely be getting my hands on a ticket.”

If you too want to “sip cocktails under the Statue of Liberty, walk among the stars on Broadway, and admire Times Square bathed in the lights,” you can buy tickets here for the event on February 10th. Tickets are on sale for £77.

keep your stupid comments to yourself please

    • just because says:

you don't like the style doesnt mean they're bad. Stick to Classical FM you pretentious knob.

      • actually says:

it's nothing to do with style. Saw them live at Liquid, Romford, and despite liking their musical style, found them to be uninspiring and yes, 'fucking awful'. Even Churchill could do better, I think.

Just because I think they're bad doesn't mean I don't like the genre… they just happen to be bad at it. Wiley is better off solo.
