Offended?

It has been suggested that large numbers of you out there are regularly but silently offended by things The Tab says or does without recourse to register your discontent/ moral outrage. This must be rectified as quickly and in as many bullet points as possible.

- Please send formal complaints in the first instance to the The Tab‘s editor, Kieran Corcoran (editor@cambridgetab.co.uk), who will respond within a week.

- If the complaint cannot be resolved at this stage, it may be referred to the independent Board of Assessors, which will always include a student without formal links to The Tab.

- If you wish to complain about a comment that appears on the site, please report the comment by clicking the ‘Report’ button that appears beside it.

- Complaints should be dealt with within a week of their registration.

- Complaints will be considered in any instance where The Tab can be identified as having:
aaaaaaoaMade false claims about an individual or organisation
aaaaaaoaBehaved illegally or unprofessionally in the process of investigating a story
aaaaaaoaEndangered or damaged the welfare of students without being able to show that publication is in the service of the public interest
